Hennessy Advisors (HNNA) has announced they have priced a new issue of baby bonds.
HNNA manages and markets a family of open end mutual funds branded as the Hennessy Funds.
The issue prices at 4.875%.
Few details are available as the SEC paperwork has not been posted. The company press release is here.
The intention is that the shares (bonds) will trade on the NASDAQ under ticker HNNAZ when trading starts in the next week or so.
