I need to post this before the thought escapes my old mind.
Sometime next week – around the 1st of the month the website will be down for a couple hours. I have requested that this take place after 5 pm in the evening since that is when website traffic is slower.
I have noticed–and my hosting company confirms, that the performance is ‘lagging’–when I post something instead of the post happening instantly it takes 4-5 seconds.
I have been told that I have to move from a ‘shared’ server to my own server because there is too much traffic (can there ever be too much?).
Oh well such is life. If I can a specific time and day I’ll repost this note.
