Shares may be redeemed at anytime. Prior to 9/30/2025 redemption shall be at 100% of the principal amount plus a ‘make whole’ premium as described in the prospectus. “Make-Whole Amount” means, in connection with any optional redemption of any Note, the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of the present values, as of the date of such redemption, of the remaining scheduled payments of principal (including the redemption price of such Note on the First Call Date) of, and interest (exclusive of interest accrued to, but excluding, the date of redemption) on, such Note being redeemed, assuming such Note matured on, and that accrued and unpaid interest on such Note was payable through, the First Call Date, determined by discounting, on a semi-annual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months), such principal and interest at the Reinvestment Rate (as defined below) (determined on the third business day preceding the date of redemption (or in the case of a discharge, as of the date that redemption funds are deposited with the trustee)) over (ii) the aggregate principal amount of such Notes being redeemed.

Redemptions between 9/30/2025 and 9/29/2026 are at 102% At 9/30/2026 until maturity redemption is at 100% plus accrued interest.
