Lodging REIT Hersha Hospitality (HT) has consummated their deal to be taken private.
Hersha had 3 preferred issues outstanding which have all been converted into a right to receive $25/share. All trading in the common and preferred shares has now been discontinued.
Kudos to anyone that bought these in the $5 range in early 2020. You won big for sure.

And I just sold my shares last week. Well I got close to 25 so only a small loss.
