Annuity Company Athene Holdings to Sell Preferred Issue

Athene Holdings LTD (ATH) will be selling a new issue of non cumulative preferred stock.

This will be an investment grade issue with yield talk in the 4.75% to 5% area (which lately translates into around 4.625%).

The company has 3 other issues outstanding which can be seen here. None of these issues is yet redeemable.
