CHS is an agricultural cooperative and there is no publicly traded common stock

These had an 1st early redemption date of 2/1/2008 originally–which was later amended and extended to 2023.

Shares have been used to redeem patrons equity in the cooperative starting in 2003 until 2010. As of 8/2023 there were 12,272,000 shares outstanding. I believe at least 75% of the shares were used to redeem patrons equity
