CHS Inc., 7.10% Class B Reset Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock Series 2

Coupon is fixed until 3/31/2024 after which it resets quarterly at 3 month libor plus 4.298% beginning 4/1/2024, but in no event will the rate be above 8%.

Since Libor has been eliminated this issue will reset at 4.298% plus 2.802% (7.10%) on 4/1/2024 as outlined in the prospectus
