Affiliated Managers Group Inc. 5.875% Junior Subordinated Notes due 2059
We may defer interest payments on the Notes on one or more occasions for up to 20 consecutive quarterly periods per deferral period as described in this prospectus supplement. Deferred interest payments will accrue additional interest at a rate equal to the interest rate then applicable to the Notes, compounded quarterly, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
OFS Credit Company Inc. 6.875% Series A Term Preferred Stock
This issue has a failure to redeem clause. If the shares are not redeemed on 3/31/2024 the coupon will increase 2% per year until redeemed. Additionally if dividends are not paid on schedule the coupon will rise 2% annually until redeemed (or until the dividend is paid).

If called between 9/30/2021 ad 9/30/2022 a 1% (25 CENT) bonus will be paid. After these dates no bonus will be paid and they are called at $25 plus accrued interest
