In 15 years I have never posted something ‘just because’ it was funny–but for someone as old as me to damn near fall off my chair after watching a you tube video of a court hearing–it must be pretty good or I am just plain warped.

There is an old story about Norman Swartzkoff (sp?) when he commanded Desert Storm I. Some staffer sent him a memo which misspelled his first name to “Normal.” He is reputed to have widely distributed a memo in response to his staff “I am not Normal”

Great video. I have lots of friends that are “Older People” and their kids talk them into getting a Smartphone. But the problem is they have the phone and have NO CLUE how to use it. On a different note I see Carnival Cruise Lines is issuing a 7 year piece of paper with a 5.75% coupon. I didn’t verify it but the talking heads on CNBC were just talking about it.
