Mortgage REIT Redwood Trust (RWT) has priced a new issue of baby bonds. These were priced on Friday 6/14/2024.
The issue prices at 9.00% and will trade under ticker RWTO. It will likely be a week before the issue starts to trade.
The priced 3.4 million shares (bonds) plus an additional 510,000 for overallotment.

SACH looks they are going to price a note as well. CIM and RWT are paying 9% coupons I would have to think that SACH will have to pay north of that.
You should be able to call in but they may charge a commission. Was showing 24.59 at close Friday and this morning 24.79 I really don’t like calling in, keeps me from getting overly excited and doing something I may regret later.
