Its hard to get a handle on Global Net Lease this quarter because of their split-quarter merger, proxy battle and costly buyout (or whatever) of their external manager, but the preferreds have a nice yield and are now backed by more properties.
I always enjoy reading their creative definition of investment grade credit, down in footnote 5. (Which seems to be – Not actually investment grade but if somebody who is investment grade was guaranteeing it, which they are not doing, then it would be. ) They are at least splitting real investment grade (~35%) from faux investment grade (~22%).
