while SLG has navigated the ofc slump well w primo class A properties in NYC and the Summit at One Vanderbilt providing great income on that building which is fully leased now, to me the common at $71 is way ahead of where it should be when they are seeing FFO declines and higher cost refi’s still. I reviewed it because I was in the pfd I shares for a nice gain and that doesnt represent enough yield for me at 6.7% even if this is the best name in the bunch. I guess people like the .25/mo on the common, Halliday did a great job getting through this rough patch for sure.
I am anxious to see GMRE report which is coming and in Tim’s list here of upcoming reports, w some of the pfd which garners max hate from most but to me is well covered div and a possible call if rates cooperate..it likes to hang around 25 for its 7.5% yield..Bea
