Have these GMRE-A pfds at 7.5% you have to wonder if they are redeemed in the coming year if rates continue down, basis is 24.68, we’ll see. I believe they indicated before the rate rise they were considering redemption. They have I think AHH too has talked redeeming. Trading over par again w the pfd ‘run ups’.. Will hold. Guess I am just ‘on alert’ w CSR pfds redeemed. No AHH at the moment. Bea
