Business development company CION Investment (CION) has sold a new issue of baby bonds.
This issue was priced while I was out of the office for a week–thus the late notice. af reminded me of it today in a comment.

Solid small cap BDC, management appears to be solid and shareholder friendly. However, there are better yields out there for BDC baby bonds currently, NMFCZ and CGBDL

The NMFCZ prospectus indicates the earliest call date as 11/15/25.
