BDC Capital Southwest (CSWC) has announced they will be selling a new issue of baby bonds with a maturity date in 2028.
The company currently has no other exchange traded issues (preferred or baby bonds) outstanding–although they previously had some baby bonds outstanding which were redeemed.

It looks like CSWCZ is trading as of this morning. I picked some up around $24.85. IBKR for some reason is not showing any quote for the ticker, but Fidelity is showing it just fine.
Would this dividend be expected to be qualified?
Its a debt issue baby bond. Will pay interest not a dividend.
