I added this menu to the dropdown under preferred at the top of the page.
If you click just the main preferred link it will bring you to a page with all the various available spreadsheets.

I’m new to your site. Very nice. What does IG stand for in the column fields?
I have a buy list of 30 preferred stocks. Six are not in your list. Wondering why.

American Finance Trust has now changed it’s name and stock/perferreds symbols. No longer AFINO and AFINP.
