  1. SL Green (SLG) issues 5+M shares of stock at $79/share.

    Remember how many posters were bearish on office REITs (and the office sector) on this site (and many others) over the last 2 years? Perma-bears like Wolf Street’s Wolf Richter.

    SLG common up 77% in 2024 and trading near a 3-year high.

    Wow.

  3. So I wonder what percentage of the client deposits at Stifel are over the FDIC insured limit?
    The coming offer ny Co-bank of the preferred M will be only for 144a institutional clients.
    All State is still posting losses from the Hurricanes and restated losses they already reported in the last quarter.
